Suzuki Shows Off Vision e-Sky BEV Concept With Expected Global Launch In FY 2026
SAUDI ARABIA: Electric mobility has not seen the meteoric growth that was foreseen because most models have been more expensive than ICE variants. Most people globally wanted EV cars to be affordable and alternatives to ICE variants, but as it turns out, brands made EVs the luxury variant with a higher price tag for the most part.
Only a few companies globally have adapted their cars to the needs of users with affordable EVs with limited power, but at least a reasonable transportation solution. The Suzuki Vision e-Sky is among the options available for global users now with the launch of its concept model.
Suzuki Vision e-Sky: Exterior Design & Dimensions
Based on the images available through the concept release, it is safe to say that the e-Sky will be a compact hatchback with limited cabin space. However, the tall body design does ensure enough headspace for occupants. The multi-array LEDs in front of the car with C-shaped DRLs do add a futuristic touch to the design. The chunky C-pillar floats between the roof and the main body, offering a roadworthy look to the car.
Small details like flush door handles, aerodynamically designed wing mirrors and a subtle roof spoiler truly make this one of the best-looking compact EVs out there currently. The two-tone exterior is also a premium design element that adds a lot of depth and maturity to the car’s design.
Suzuki Vision e-Sky: Interior Design & Performance
The interiors too have a touch of the future with a minimalistic dashboard, infotainment system and a squircle steering wheel. The LED light strips placed across the interiors further elevate the car’s ambience, and matched with the digital driver’s display, it creates a very clean cabin look. The minimalistic dashboard actually helps make the interiors feel roomy and not claustrophobic.
While there’s not a lot of information available currently on the battery pack, motors, and range of the Suzuki Vision e-Sky, there are a few things we know. Suzuki has confirmed that this concept will have a maximum range of 270km, which is more than enough for most people’s city driving and commuting.
