The Lexus LFA Concept Previews The Future of Lexus And Its Electric!
SAUDI ARABIA: The Lexus LFA was one of the most requested models from fans. Well, the wait is over, since its discontinuation in 2012, this is the first time the nameplate has been revived. The new Lexus LFA Concept is exciting, but there’s more to it than you must know. First, it truly is a concept for now, with no plans for a production model introduction soon.

Secondly, the concept shows an electric future for the LFA. This is both good and bad news. The LFA was known and revered for its insane V10 engine with a 9,500 RPM redline; the next generation of the LFA certainly won’t have the same rev. There’s no reason to feel depressed yet, as there have been plenty of powerful EVs in the market, and a Lexus EV would and could very well become a benchmark in the EV industry of balancing practicality, power, and driving experience that’s missing from the market.

Fearing the controversies that would erupt from a multi-million dollar company deciding to do something with their own cars, Lexus stated, “The model name 'LFA' is not bound to vehicles powered by internal combustion engines. It symbolizes a vehicle that embodies technologies its engineers should preserve and pass on to the next generation.”
The LFA concept from Lexus has impressively big dimensions with a 4,690 mm length, 2,040 mm width, and a wheelbase of 2,725 mm. The interiors have also been showcased with this concept model, showing a cockpit-style design. However, there’s no central infotainment system in the cabin, which definitely is a headturner, considering most cars these days can’t do without one. On the contrary, the driver-focused cabin does ensure that Lexus is looking into an intriguing driving experience, which should be something to look forward to significantly.
