Kia Reveals Meta Turismo Concept: It Stings That It's Not The Next-Gen Stinger
SAUDI ARABIA: Kia recently shared some teaser images for a Stinger-like model, which has now finally been officially revealed. To everyone’s dismay, it is not officially the Stinger 2.0 everyone expected. However, the model does still have the potential to become the next-gen Stinger upon production. Currently, it is a four-door grand tourer model.

The Meta Turismo Concept was teased on the 80th anniversary of Kia, and the car is an ode to the 60s and the touring era often associated with it. This concept has a coupe-SUV styling, which was evident from the teaser images. The exterior design features flush door handles and slick angles that are very aerodynamically friendly. Lastly, the interiors are minimalistic and focus equally on the in-car experience of both drivers and passengers.
Kia Vision Meta Turismo Concept Design Highlights
Kia has showcased its ‘Opposites United’ design language quite well with this concept. The use of well-defined angles with purposeful but smooth lines. The most standout feature in the concept is most definitely the elongated roof, which is made almost entirely of panels, allowing natural light to comfortably enter the cabin.
The golden colour scheme of the Kia Vision Meta Turismo is also quite striking, and it certainly has the potential to stand out on the road. Another interesting feature for this concept is that it doesn’t have side mirrors. Instead, it has cameras in place, which may be great in theory, but just make for costlier repairs in case of any damage.
Kia Vision Meta Turismo Concept Interiors & Cabin Tech

The interiors are two-tone inside this concept, and it has a very futuristic look. There are two different types of seats for the drivers and passengers. The steering is a yoke-shaped model with almost no visible screens in the dashboard. The passenger seats are focused on comfort and feature a lounge chair-like sitting posture.
