Toyota Reveals The New 2026 Corolla With A Futuristic Camry-inspired Design

SAUDI ARABIA: The Corolla is the most sold car in the history of production cars in the world, and it is back again with another new facelift and year model. The 2026 Toyota Corolla was revealed at the Guangzhou Motor Show. The new model has some new designs and aspects, but none more important than the ‘hammerhead’ fascia of the new model’s front end. The ‘hammerhead’ styling is now becoming a thing for Toyota car designs, as it has been shared now in many models, including the Prius, Camry, and the RAV4, among others.

2026 Toyota Corolla Design Highlights

The new 2026 Toyota Corolla includes new C-shaped headlights and a sportier lower front bumper. This adds some more character to the already revamped hammerhead front fascia design. In the back, the car gets a light strip connecting the two taillights, which have smoked lenses. The model also gets upgraded 17-inch alloy wheels. 

The model shown off at the Guangzhou Motor Show is built by Toyota is collaboration with a local manufacturer named FAW. The highlight of this model is a longer wheelbase of 2,750 mm, which allows for better space on the rear seats. The car is also 75 mm longer compared to the outgoing model.

2026 Toyota Corolla Interior & Cabin Tech

Inside the Corolla, the dashboard has an upgrade now. The overall design is upgraded by a 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen, which is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor. One of the major upgrades of the 2026 models is that the air conditioning controls have now been integrated into the infotainment touchscreen, including adjustments of the air vents. The centre console of the car has also had an upgrade, and now it looks gloss black. Lastly, the instrument cluster remains unchanged with a digital 8.8-inch display.
