SAUDI ARABIA: The MG HS Hybrid+ is the latest addition to MG’s SUV lineup in the Middle East. It has a total range of over 1,287 km. The model is being lauded for its fuel efficiency and smooth urban performance along with great cabin tech. The SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine and it is paired with an electric motor creating a car with a total power output of 221 hp. The best part about the drivetrain setup is that the car can seamlessly transition between petrol and hybrid mode. The engine and motor are paired with an automatic transmission in the MG HS Hybrid+. There are two variants of the model with the following configurations. One has a 1.5T petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DCT transmission and another one has a 2.0T petrol paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

The SUV has a modern design with LED headlights, full-width rear light bar, and silver roof rails. The interiors have premium features too with heated seats, a crystal gear selector, and dual-zone climate control. In terms of cabin-tech, there’s a 27-inch dual digital display on the dashboard that doubles as both the driver’s display an infotainment screen. The cabin also has a built-in navigation system, wireless smartphone charging, MG’s own Pilot driver-assistance suite of ADAS features.
