BMW Unveils A Limited-Run Luxury 7 Series Suhail Edition In Riyadh

SAUDI ARABIA: BMW Middle East has unveiled a brand new BMW 7 Series Suhail Edition in Riyadh. It is currently the most exclusive luxury sedan specifically manufactured for the Middle East region. Though the Suhail Edition does not get any performance or powertrain upgrades, it is still a rare car for collectors, as the Suhail Edition will only have 50 units manufactured in the whole world. The car is inspired by the design of the Suhail star, which is an important celestial symbol in the Arabian culture. The special edition 7 Series blends regional heritage with BMW’s luxury and advanced engineering.

BMW 7 Series Suhail Edition: Exterior Design

The highlight of the exterior design of the BMW 7 Series Suhail Edition is its crystal headlights, in classic BMW style. The iconic kidney grille of BMW lights up on this model with a two-tone paint finish, in true BMW fashion. The two-tone finish features an Oxide Grey metallic and a Night Blue metallic colour palette. The design and stance of the car overall are focused on executive luxury with a long wheelbase that’s accentuated by the two-tone paint job.

BMW 7 Series Suhail Edition: Interiors & Cabin Tech

The interiors of the Suhail Edition place a strong emphasis on handcrafted artisanship and exquisite detailing. The Night Blue accents in the cabin mirror the exterior theme, along with the Suhail constellation and logo embroidered across the headrests and cushions of the car. The constellation and logo are also integrated into the dashboard and C-pillars of the car. The interiors are designed using BMW Individual Merino leather upholstery in Taupe Grey and Night Blue. The Suhail Edition also gets the BMW Sky Lounge panoramic roof.

In terms of cabin tech, the 7 Series features the BMW curved display powered by Operating System 8.5. It integrates digital instrumentation and infotainment with gesture and voice controls. The rear-seat passengers get access ot the Executive Lounge configuration, which includes fully reclining seats, personal touchscreens, and the BMW Theatre Screen, which is a 31.3-inch 8k display designed to deliver a cinema-like experience on wheels.
