It helps the car ensure that drivers can get optimal and consistent performance even during longer sprints. In terms of performance, the car’s engine remains unchanged with the turbocharged three-cylinder engine that produces up to 300 hp. The engine is paired with Toyota’s AWD system that offers a planted driving experience in the GR Corolla. In terms of transmission, there are two options. Drivers can either opt for the six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic transmission. This allows drivers to get the flexibility they want in terms of their transmission preference.
