First Visuals of a Production Car on BMW’s Much-Awaited Neue Klasse Platform Released

SAUDI ARABIA: The BMW iX3 was recently teased by the brand on social media (Instagram) ahead of its much-awaited debut in Munich. The front fascia of the car, namely, only the illuminated kidney grille of the vehicle, was teased, but it was enough to get fans excited. This is the first real image of a production version of a car built on the Neue Klasse platform. Previously, only concept images were publicly available. The launch of the iX3 is highly anticipated by BMW fans worldwide as it promises to also launch the new design language for BMW.

BMW iX3: Teaser Analysis

The kidney grille design in question is now much smaller compared to the recent cars produced by BMW. In fact, the smaller grille design is a callback to the roots of the brand, with a vertical design that goes back to the 1962 Neue Klasse. The most important aspect of this design is that it is expected to be used as the hallmark for all future BMW models built on the Neue Klasse platform, with the iX3 leading the charge.
